Review Fx exposure planning and liquidity planning
Perform monthly P&L review in scope and comment on major variance analysis
Review and record actual and accrual entries in the general ledger
Approver for year end adjustments for intercompany transactions.
Initialize continuous improvement on financial processes for risk mitigation
Involved in special projects (esp M&A) and advise on the financial impacts based on simulations
Provide timing support to audit requests
Implement continuous improvement in financial process
Steer harmonization projects in financial accounting, sales and purchase cycles with involvement in developing business operations.
Involved in M&A projects like post Acquisition of Reebok, spin-off Brand Salomon in Korea
